In collaboration with Tabors Caramanis Rudkevich as part of a legal and financial consortium, assisted in the economic analysis of a HVDC transmission line delivering power from Canada to the City of New York, which developed evaluation metrics and produced forecasts of electricity, capacity, and REC prices using multi-regional simulations with a detailed representation of New York clean energy policy targets.
