Offshore wind power

  • As a key member of Tabors Caramanis Rudkevich’s engagement as Evaluation Team Consultant to the Massachusetts electric utilities and the state’s Division of Energy Resources on all four of the state’s Section 83C and 83D procurements totaling over 3,200 MW of offshore wind power and 9,450 GWh per year of clean energy, served as the point person in the analysis of greenhouse gas emissions impacts, RPS, MA CES, REC markets, and carbon regulations.

  • As a key member of Tabors Caramanis Rudkevich’s engagement as Evaluation Team Consultant to the Rhode Island electric utilities on the state’s procurement of clean energy, served as the point person in the analysis of RPS, MA CES, REC markets, carbon regulations, and PV system performance.

  • For the developer of a large offshore wind and transmission project, projected revenues for the project and assisted the company with strategic decision making.

  • For the developer of two offshore wind projects, analyzed the economic benefits of the projects, in support of the company’s regulatory filings.

  • For Cape Wind, a large offshore wind project, developed analysis and testimony in support of the successful approval of its PPA by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities.
